Return and refund policy
Unworn, unwashed items with tags intact are eligible for return evaluation. Each garment is checked on arrival against these standards before a refund is issued.
Eligibility and condition
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all tags attached in their original packaging. Garments with odour, alterations, or visible wear cannot be accepted.
Refunds are issued to your original method of payment after inspection.
